Equine Workshops at Twin Oaks Farm

Mindfulness-Based Equine Retreat Day

at Twin Oaks Farm in Longmont, Colorado

July 17th, and September 11th, 2010

9:30-5:00pm

Come experience the magic of Twin Oaks Farm and the wonderful horses that live there. Take a day to learn and practice mindfulness skills while spending time with the horses. No prior horse or mindfulness experience necessary.

Introduction to Horse Whispering Camp for Kids- 8-10 years old

August 10th. 11th, and 12th.

In this three day camp we will explore the following activities:
* Observing the herd (learning about their body language)
* Playing games that teach about communication with the horses and one another
* Art projects (sometimes painting the horses...)
* Picnics
* Short riding time that incorporates the horse
whispering theme of the day.

8:30am-3:00pm each day. Investment: $250
